    Yes [Y] Want a Tekpub.com Year Subscription?

Is anyone interested in purchasing a year Tekpub.com subscription from me for half the price ($100 instead of current $200)? I bought a subscription during December and received a free gift subscription coupon during a promotional offer. What I plan to do is split the cost of my original $200 subscription with another interested buyer, and then give them the free gift subscription coupon.

Tekpub is run by Rob Conery, former Microsoft employee and also did the MVC Storefront screencast series. James Avery is Rob's partner in this venture. The topics on Tekpub so far are:
    • Building My Own Blog
    • Mastering Git
    • Mastering NHibernate (with Ayende Rahien AKA Oren Eini)
    • Linux for Softies
    • Mastering JQuery (with Dave Ward and James Avery)
    • Mastering ASP.NET MVC 2 (with Steven Sanderson)
    • Mastering LINQ (with Justin Etheredge)
    • Build Your Own Blog::Rails edition (Ruby on Rails, Cucumber, and MongoDB)
    • Coder to Developer book discussion
    • Programming Concepts (like Dependency Injection an dInversion of Control, Lambdas, Unit Testing, Loose Design with Interfaces, etc.)

Topics to be posted over the next few months include:
    • Mastering Resharper (with J.P. Boodhoo)
    • Scaling and Perf-tweaking your Web Application (with James Avery)
    • Cloud Computing and You (with James Avery and David Nielsen)
    • Mono (with Miguel de Icaza)
    • Mastering SubSonic
    • Building an iPhone App (with James Avery and Ben Scheirman); includes looking at MonoTouch
    • Introduction to Android Development (with Donn Felker)
    • Mastering Threading (with Kevin Hazzard)

With this subscription, you are allowed to download all tutorial videos on the site for an entire year. Anything you download during that year, you get to keep for life. This site has only been up for a few months and they already have this much content (and planned content). There is also a good community site where you can report issues and offer suggestions for topics. It is definitely good stuff and worth the money (especially at half price)!

Email (or PM) me via my profile if you are interested and we can arrange payment and transfer of the subscription coupon you redeem to get activated.

    Thanks,
    Mike Murray

Someone has now taken me up on the Tekpub Year Subscription offer, and it is no longer available. Great stuff, by the way!
