Job Description: Hands on design, development and integration of new and existing web applications for the WSU web site, content management system, and portal. Individual will perform quality control, usability and load testing to ensure high performance web applications and function as part of a web application team, while working independently on multiple projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years experience in web development and application programming.
Preferred Criteria: Successful candidate will have knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, web services, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Visual Studio, SQL, and one or more enterprise level databases. Seeking self-motivated, team oriented applicants with good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with web content management systems a plus.
