I have a position in the Southern part of the Salt Lake Valley for a upper mid to senior level C#/ASP.NET developer.
Duties/Responsibilities
Designs/codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools.
Maintains and modifies existing applications on their own as well as under direction from senior
staff members. Monitors production programs for expected performance and responds to errors and emergency problems.
Takes independent action to correct problems encountered during systems operations within authority level granted by the Director of I.T.
Maintains integrity of program logic and coding, and establishes required checks and balances for operational controls.
Performs maintenance programming for existing version. Performs custom programming at customer request
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Skills/Requirements Needs a very deep technical expertise (at Least 2 years) in the following languages:
SQL
.Net
ASP
XML
HTML
C# or C++
Must have experience working for an MLM
Must have knowledge of the SQL language and be proficient with MSSQL 2005.
Should have a good understanding of testing, configuration management and the Software lifecycle.
It would be a plus if this individual has experience with System Administration, Crystal Reports and project management.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other staff members
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
Knowledge relating to the area in which analysis and coding is performed
