    Tech Support Opportunities in DT SLC

    Tier II
    • HL7 experience preferred.
    • Level II support experience in a Windows environment (Internet Explorer 6 & 7)
    • Must have some experience running queries in SQL, or working with SQL in some other capacity.
    • They will be doing password resets, dealing with pop-up blockers, and acting as the buffer between the client/desktop and the IT department (network admin, etc.).
    • Must be good with 24X7 environment with rotating on call shifts.
     Tier I
    • This is your basic Tier I support person.
    • Description is the same as above other than the HL7 and SQL experience not being as critical.
